Clean Eating Update

It has been 9 days since I started my clean eating. I am not going to lie it has been an adventure trying to discover different ways to eat my favorite foods.
I refuse to starve myself and only rely on salad. While I am not a fan of salt, or sugar food I do I have times when I crave sweets, but I have been good not to give into my
craving. While I am starting the steps to take out more diary especially since I don’t drink milk or eat ice cream on a regular. I purchase veggie cheese the other day and I enjoyed it, now I am going to change my butter.
While I stated before I don’t believe in diets. I am also not trying any weight loss program. I am just trying to eat in moderation, and change my lifestyle. I am just going to share some of the meals I ate over the last week.



Next week I will include some of my recipes of the different foods I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I will also include some of my snacks.

Officially in one month I will take part in my first 5k. I cant wait for May 10 because after that only seven more days before my 28th birthday.
Excellent observation! You have such common sense – health is more important than thinness and any food is fine in moderation. I tell my patients to eat primarily for nutrients and the desire for fat, sugar and salt will diminish naturally. Blessings and keep up the good work,
