Memorial Day

What are you doing for Memorial Day? It has been a weekend full of fun, laughter, cookouts, and mini vacations, but lets not forget why we celebrate. We celebrate to remember the soldiers that gave their lives to make our country safer.

I know every memorial day I remember why I can take part in parades. The lives that was lost and the lives that was saved because of them.  Tomorrow we will remember the lives of men and women who died serving our countries. Many people volunteer to place the American Flag on each grave in national ceremonies. Memorial Day is a day of remembering the men and women who died while serving, while Veterans Day celebrates the service of all U.S. military veterans.
