Try Something New

I wanted to try something new in my weight loss journey. I didn’t want to do my usual run, weight training, or even HIIT training instead I wanted to go for a swim. I love swimming; I used to swim back in high school.
I believe in being fit and trying new things. Swimming is a great workout.
I will let you know how my weekend of trying new activities went.
