High Intensity Interval Training

I love working out. Yes, I do complain when my trainer is pushing me especially during high- intensity interval training (HIIT). I have a love/hate relationship for HIIT simply because of the interval training and no rest until your finish with a set, which can take up all your energy.

It’s the benefits of HIIT that I enjoy:

  1. Efficient
    1. It does not take up all day. If you have a busy schedule you can still squeeze in a workout either early in the morning, during a lunch break, after work or before bedtime.
