About the Book:

A woman rediscovers her sexual drive after years of being with only one man who never fully awakens her inner passion. Until one summer, everything changes after she meets “Lover Boy.”

About the Author:

Ms. K wrote this poetry book as a liberation of her own sexual experience and fantasy. After being in a relationship for so long without fully experiencing her own sexual freedom, she wanted to free herself from believing a woman could become sexual being without be considered a loose woman. One summer after becoming free she wanted to experience her sexual fantasy with no guilt, no worries, no judgment.  That summer she claimed her sexuality.

Today we lost a phenomenal woman! At the age of 86 Dr. Maya Angelou passed away. Maya Angelou was a poet, educator, author, playwright, activist, historian, producer, actor, and director.

Did you know:  Dr. Angelou is a celebrated poet, memoirist, novelist, educator, dramatist, producer, actress, historian, filmmaker, and civil rights activist.Maya was a nightclub singer and dancer who toured Europe. She settled in New York and became part of the burgeoning black writing scene in Harlem. After moving to Ghana to teach at the University of Ghana’s School of Music and Drama, she met Malcolm X and collaborated with him on bringing equality and unity to America. She returned to the U.S. and was involved with the Civil Rights Movement, working closely with Martin Luther King Jr. She continues to inspire others and promote change through her writing and public speaking.
