DIY Vision Board

Goodbye 2014, Hello 2015! Last year my cousin (Ms. J on the website) and I created vision boards to outline our goals and aspirations for 2014. It was a fun girls night with homemade pizza and wine. It was our first time creating vision boards and we wanted to have fun but also making sure we outline our clear goals for 2014. Here is a few steps you can follow to create your vision boards for 2015….

Step 1: Gather your Supplies

• poster board
• glue/pins
• makers
• colorful or plain paper
• magazines
• scissors
• glitter (optional)

Step 2: Find a spacious space

• Enough room to spread out all your materials

Step 3: Decide on what your vision board will focus on in your life or just to make your focus on life: career, year goals, friendships, love, adventure just to name  few

Step 4: Be comfortable and relax ( Make it a girls evening, have music, light candles)

Step 5: Flip through different magazines  for images, phases that appeal to you

Step 6: Layout your design on your poster board

Step 7: Glue and decorate your vision board
