80/20 Rule

I am not going to lie, I don’t always follow the 80/20 rule in fitness. For the last two months I have been following a vegetarian lifestyle. The last two weeks have been the hardest with trying to eat healthy and working out. Looking back at my pictures I realize I haven’t ran in two weeks. I basically been slacking with my workout. Plus I have been eating out more, and drinking.
First, I am not feeling well so I don’t have an appetite, Second, I have been really lazy with my workout. I am so close to reaching one of my milestones in my weight loss journey. So today, I had a plan to go grocery shopping and get back on track.
I don’t believe in shopping reckless, so I made a list, and put my budget at $50 .
I believe I can’t eat healthy and on a budget.
So let me start with, I went into Trader Joe’s and barely looked at my list. I was not worried about spending over $50 .
Well I am glad to say I only spent $38.93 .
I am only missing basically three things from my grocery list which I can pick up later.
I believe working out is important but if your not putting the right food in your body your basically wasting your time.
So I am going to get back on track, and start working out tomorrow. I might have a little cold, but I am ready to finish the summer strong.
